All participants must register online to attend the conference. After completing the registration on the ILC website, you will receive a non-binding confirmation email and access to the internal area. The email does not constitute a certificate of legitimate participation. Participants are entitled to attend once the full participation fee has been received by the organizers. The payment process (mandatory registration) will be accessible via the internal area from February 2023.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format and can be attended in presence or online. Please check the relevant box during registration process.
The conference fees can be found on the registration page. The price includes the conference fee, boat trip, excursion and conference dinner.
* Information for PhD students: proportional support (200EUR) of the conference fee is made possible by UFOP.
Applicants must submit a certificate of attendance and a short report on the sessions attended. The reimbursement will be made after the conference participation.
